الشرق الأوسط الكبير

ارتكزت نظرية الشرق الأوسط الكبير على نظرية نيكسون الثلاثية التي نصت على أنه في حال : هددت قوة نووية حرية أمة حليفة لنا أو أمة نعتقد أن بقائها حيوي لأمننا ...ستوفر أميركا الردع كذلك في حال حصول اعتداء لا نووي ستنظر أميركا في الأمر ثم ترسل قوات بشرية لأغراض دفاعية.اضافة الى نظرية توسيع رقعة الديموقراطية .

فمنذ أحداث 11 أيلول وانسحاب اسرائيل من جنوب لبنان ومن بعض مناطق الداخل الفلسطيني ناهيك عن تفشي ظاهرة الأصولية الأسلامية رأى العالم باكمله عموما وأوروبا وأميركا خصوصا انه من غير المنطقي ابقاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط على الوضع التي هي عليه خصوصا مع وصول الأصولية الأسلامية اليها وبالتالي فمن الناحية الجغرافية باتت على تماس مع القارة الأوروبية والمصالح الأميركية اضافة الى الأمم المتحالفة مع الأدارة الأميركية .اذن باتت المصلحة الدولية اعادة تشكيل منطقة الشرق الأوسط . كلنا نعرف أن الدول المحيطة بأسرائيل هي ذات اغلبية سنية وهي تنعم بهدوء على الرغم من كونها على تماس مباشر مع اسرائيل وحدها الجبهة الجنوبية مشتعلة وهي من حيث التكوين البشري ذات اغلبية شيعية وهذه الأغلبية هي التي تشكل القاعدة الأساس لحزب الله المصنف في الدوائر الأميركية على أنه حزب ارهابي لذلك لا يمكن لهذه الجبهة أن تنعم بالهدوء مع استمرار الوجود الكثيف للطائفة الشيعية في تلك المنطقة وتحديدا في منطقة جنوب نهر الليطاني لذلك كانت حرب تموز بهدفين : الأول : ضرب وتدمير الأمكانيات الأقتصادية للطائفة الشيعية بهدف دفعها للتوجه شمالا والثاني : احداث شرخ ضمن الطائفة الشيعية كردة فعل على التدمير الذي حصل بهدف ايجاد انعكاس للشيعة العراقيين على الساحة اللبنانية وهنا لا بد من الأشارة الى بطلان ذريعة الأصوليين بأدعائهم بان الحرب الأميركية التي تشن في اطار الشرق الأوسط الجديد أنما هي حرب على الأسلام هذه الحجة باطلة فهذه الحملة تضرب كل من يعارض التوجه الأميركي بغض النظر عن توجهه الديني فلو كانت الحرب موجهة ضد الأسلام فكيف حصل الشيعة العراقيين في الحكم على ما حصلوا عليه وهنا كان مربط فرس الأميركيين فهم جعلوا من العراق بمثابة الوطن القومي للشيعة وحتى يستميل الأميركيين الجانب السني كان لا بد من وجود وطن قومي ثان للسنة وطبقا للمخطط الشرق الأوسط الجديد هو في سوريا بعد الأطاحة بنظام بشار الأسد وعودة السنة الى استلام الحكم من جديد وفي لبنان وهنا لا يخفى على أحد مدى التحالف التاريخي القائم بين السنة في لبنان وبين السنة في سوريا وبذلك يتم اقفال الجبهة الشمالية بالنسبة لأسرائيل وانهاء الحرب عبر تطويق اسرائيل بعد وضع المنطقة تحت الأشراف المباشر لحلف شمال الأطلسي بحزام من الدول تكون ان لم نقل على سلام مع اسرائيل فهي غير مستعدة للدخول في حرب معها وتفضل الحوار لحل المشاكل التي قد تكون لا تزال عالقة .لكن العقبة بالنسبة لهذه المرحلة من عملية الشرق الأوسط الكبير تكمن في العامل الأيراني فايران تتحكم عسكريا بالخليج وهي قادرة على اقفاله في وجه صادرات النفط الخليجية كلها ولا يخفى على أحد بأن 75% من كميات النفط المستهلكة في السوق الأوروبي انما هي من الخليج فماذا سيكون مصير أوروبا اذا اقفلت ايران الخليج في وجه ناقلات النفط؟الحل الوحيد يكمن في ان تتزود أوروبا بالنفط عبر خط كركوك حيفا وعبر خط مصفاة طرابلس ومصفاة الزهراني وهي المعابر الثلاث الأقرب الى أوروبا عندها ازيلت ورقة الضغط من يد الأيرانيين واقصي حزب الله عسكريا وضرب النظام الأيراني وازيل نهائيا.

اذن اكتمال عقد الشرق الأوسط الكبير يفترض ازالة الخطر الذي يمثله حزب الله والانتهاء من المشكلة الأيرانية والأطاحة بالنظام السوري القائم مما يعني أنه ان ارادت الأدارة الأميركية المضي قدما في مشروعها حول الشرق الأوسط فذلك يعني اننا امام اشهر صعبة سنكون.

The New Middle East (or Greater Middle East)



The theory of the new Middle East is based on the tripartite theory developed by Nixon. This premise states that in the event nuclear power threatened the freedom of one of our allies or a nation whose survival is vital to our security, the United States will provide deterrence. In the event where the attack is not nuclear, the United States will look into the matter then send troops for defensive purposes.



In addition to the theory of democratic expansion, from the September 11 attacks and Israeli withdrawal from South Lebanon and from some areas inside the Palestinian territories not to mention the spread of Islamic fundamentalism, the whole world and in particular Europe and the United States saw that it is illogical to maintain the current Middle East situation, especially with the arrival of Islamic fundamentalism to it. This is especially important since geographically the Middle East is in contact with the European continent and American interests and in addition to the nations that are allies with the American administration.



Therefore the restructuring of the Middle East became a matter of international interest. We all know that the countries surrounding Israel enjoy a Sunni majority and are in a state of peace despite being on the border with Israel. The southern front with its predominantly Shiite majority burns on its own. It is this Shiite majority that form the base for Hezbollah which is listed in the United States as a terrorist organization. For these reasons, this front cannot achieve peace with the continuation of the massive presence of the Shiite sect in the region, specifically in the area south of the Litani River.



Consequently, the war in July had two major goals: First, targeting and destroying the economic potential of the Shiite sect in order to move them to go north; second, causing a rift within the Shiite sect as a response to the destruction that took place with a view to finding a reflection on Iraqi Shiites on the Lebanese arena. Here it should be noted that the pretext fundamentalists use to say that the American war is a war on Islam is invalid. This campaign targeted anyone opposed to the U.S. attitude, regardless of religious orientation. For if this war was a war against Islam, then how did the Iraqi Shiites arrive at being in the government; for the Americans have turned Iraq into the national homeland of the Shiites. Hence, in order to get the Sunni backing as well, the Americans need to create a national homeland for the Sunnis. Based on the New Middle East plan this will be in Syria after toppling the administration of Bashar el Assad and placing the government in the hands of the Sunnis.



Since the historical alliance between the Sunnis in Lebanon and those in Syria cannot be denied, the closure of the northern front with Israel will be imminent. This will lead to an end to the war and placing the region under the direct supervision of NATO forces. Even though this might not be based on a peace agreement with Israel, the parties will not be prepared to enter into a war and prefer dialogue to resolve problems that may still be pending.



However, the obstacle to this stage of restructuring the New Middle East lies in the Iranian factor. For Iran possesses military control over the Gulf and also has the power to close off the Gulf's oil exports. It is no secret to anyone that 75% of the quantities of oil consumed in the European market is out of the Gulf. Therefore, what would Europe’s fate be if Iran closed the Gulf in the face of oil carriers? The only solution would then be for Europe to be supplied with oil via the Kirkuk-Haifa pipeline and via Tripoli and Zahrani refinery which is the closest to the three crossings in Europe. This will then decrease Iran’s bargaining power and remove one major card it holds, which would lead to diminishing Hezbollah’s military power and striking the Iranian regime.



The Authorized completion of the new Middle East involves eliminating the threat posed by Hezbollah, removing the Iranian problem and overthrowing the current Syrian regime. Therefore the coming months will be very difficult if the American administration wants to proceed with its project for the Middle East.
